Schoolboy error last night has cost me challenging for top promotion spot. Had 2 players transfer listed and of course I only got 1 of them which was a striker who replaced my right midfielder who was playing last night.  >:(

Why there has never been an option to choose who to replace when bidding on a player I'll never know. ::)

You probably know this so I'm probably stating the obvious but your purchased player will always replace your highest positioned player on the transfer market. There was know saying that even if got both players that they wouldn've both fell into their correct positions.
We are The Borg. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.

Pardon me sticking my nose in but for many people reading that (especially newer managers) it wouldn't make much sense?

Good luck for the new season everyone, hoping to do a bit better this season but with the addition of bullworth academy it looks an even tougher league this season!

Jellybellies the team to beat but definately a few good sides able to push them all the way. Should be a good one :)

This is definitely the toughest league in SL imo. I'll be happy not to get relegated!  ;)

Bulworth look to have done some rebuilding so I'd guess this season they'll just be trying to consolidate.

My dear other half says C8 are currently solidly batting right down to 7 with 8 & 9 improving and very capable of turning in plenty of top performances over a season. Although he is still only learning the game (and seems to be getting his sports mixed) up) I suppose I should respect his views on something so it might as well be this  :)

Nice to know I'm improving!

I showed him that and he said you had slipped backwards a bit probably due to some rebuilding but were on the up again. And he was sober when he said it ;-)
