If I lose respect for doing it next season, then why hasn't Lucy for doing it this?

Anyone else and you'd be on my side on this, you know that Dave. I get that you're good friends, but don't defend the indefensible.

As for not deserving the draw, I'm obviously reading the game differently to most - TA only plays part of the role, not as much as a lot of people make out. Aggression, style and formation I beat her on, we matched each other on the other aspects. I'm not thinking 'that was lucky!' - I should have won the match. But I guess everyone's interpretation is different.

Massive Massive chance missed last night. Nijinsky played me off the park tactically.

I still think though that the fixture list may be in my favour.

In the final 7 games I have got to play 5 teams currently in 10th or below.

I do however have Poachers and Mmmrs Phoenix Pigs still to play in the middle of that and notice Poachers play 2nd Place The Rumour Mill tomorrow.

A lot of twists and turns to go.

Ocean City Orioles - C1
Arsenals Invincibles  - C4
London Heat Colts - C6
The Wizard of Ozil - C7

Bloody hell I beat Dave's Schwifty away in the league for the first time in ages! Good result that ICC back on the cards!

Gutted I'm not in the title race it's so tight at the top looks like a lot of fun. Chris' Rumour Mill quietly going about there business might fly under the radar !

You took your chances Joe, cant complain at all about that, conference 3s top half are all daunting seasoned veterans  itll be a hard nut to crack.

Im going to try and stick around with Schwifty but 3 teams is proving to be quite difficult to manage now im a bit busier in the real world so if anyone would like to take them off me as a 2nd or "test" team then by all means let me know through here or via the in-game messager :)

The 3-1-2 title race is hotting up. Great win over me last night Eamonn. Me, you and Saiyan look certain for automatic promotion to 3-1-1 next season. Will be a close finish!

Yeah definitely got a very strong conference, but I feel I've underperformed with the squad I have at my disposal for the last 2 seasons.

Shame you are thinking of dropping Schwifty next season, with the teams coming up is it going to be one hell of a league, it would definitely be worth sticking around for that!

Going from Nutter To Psycho so late is a desperation move that hardly ever pays dividends. I would have thought Lucy would know that even if you didn't. After the 75 minute change --- No injuries, no cards, no penalties, no goals. In general the use of Psycho is avoided by anyone who is not a newbie because A] As a hail Mary it is usually useless and can actually end with the team switching just earning a red card and B] The possibility of everyone in the division, knowing a manager was going down that road, likely trying to get the first strike in --- with that being possibly as many as 15 other teams trying to damage your players (and that would make a mess of any squad). As it is, with your statement, if you and she don't make-up, the rest of us can look forward to seeing how badly it will affect both your chances next season (and hopefully and happily benefitting from it).

Problem I have is that it was utilised straight from Kick-Off and then again at the end. It was in use for half the match. I've done my homework on everyone this season, and believe she had only used it as a tactic for 5 minutes in the entirety of the season up to this point.

Just think it's a bit of a cruel attempt to sabotage a side who in all honestly won't have another chance at the title. Like I said, given the right circumstances next season I'll protect my team by fighting fire with fire, and with that crazy formation, injuries will hurt her more than me.

Absolutely disgraceful comments. Can't believe someone would make threats like this, sounds very much like sour grapes from Contrast.

Thanks Jimbo, I'm glad I did my bit to make the title race interesting for the next few days. Saiyan has to play both you and me still so it could go either way from here.

What is certain is that all three of us will be promoted and maybe we can all look forward to playing pyscho against Contrast next season  ;D

Let's recap.

- Lucy plays physco against me for half the match.

- That's okay, it's part of the game.

- I will safeguard against my team by playing the same tactics next season, that's disgraceful.

As long as I know where we stand. Unbelievable.

Looking at Cecil's stats for red cards I would like to think Lucy was trying to gain a tactical advantage on aggression rather than take your team out Rich

I see why you would feel aggrieved though

Nicely put Eamonn. You have certainly made things interesting in 3-1-2. Saiyan has a tough task but could come out on top, that's what I like about this season - very unpredictable!

Yes, I agree. Haha, one thing I'm not afraid to do is to use the features the game allows you select - it's all part of the game and I don't mind ruffling some feathers  ;D

You should definitely jump up to at least 3-1-2 next season Ryan, maybe even 3-1-1 as you could mix it in there. It will be incredibly tough that's for sure. My aim will be to avoid relegation!

Your comments here are much worse than what Lucy did, much much worse. There are no double standards. Your comments are shameful, Lucy played pyscho for of one match, that hardly justifies all of these threats.
