Two super semi finals today in the cup, very high quality games with all 4 semi finalists finishing in the top 7 of the league.....

CSI-Ramsgate v Rathpeacon
CSI has been the form team in this season's cup scoring 12 goals and keeping two clean sheets on their way to the semi finals. Rathpeacon started well in round one but needed extra time in the last round.

Just 3 points separated these 2 in the league, this one is tough to call but home advantage might be enough for CSI to squeeze through.

Purple Gelato v Mmmmrs Phoenix Pigs
Purple Gelato are two games away from completing the first ever conference 3 league and cup double. A spicy win over Saiyan Warriors and an extra time win over Rumour Mill has gotten them this far. In their way today are Mmmmrs Phoenix Pigs who have had impressive wins over Teamo Supremo and Wizards so far. This one will be close.

CSI-Ramsgate 1-2 Rathpeacon
What a cup tie this one was. A very even first half but a minute before half time, Rathpeacon broke the deadlock. CSI dominated the second half and deservedly levelled on 66 minutes. Both teams went out for the win from here but neither could get a winner. The tie went to extra time, no one scored in the first half but after 111th minutes Rathpeacon's Peter Pants scored the winner with a flick on.   


Purple Gelato 0-1 Mmmmrs Phoenix Pigs
Double chasing Purple Gelato's cup run is over after coming up short at home to Mmmmrs Phoenix Pigs. Mmmmrs were the better team in this one, 54% possession and 16 chances to Gelato's 11. A change of tactics n 30 minutes caused an instant affect when Mmmmrs scored on 31 minutes, Brice Tag scoring from a throw in. That goal was enough for them to reach another cup final.

Rathpeacon 0-2 MMMMRS Phoenix Pigs
A good cup final here but MMMMRS are defending champions with a 2-0 win. MMMMRS had 53% but the game was scoreless at half time. Goals on 64 and 78 minutes were enough for the 3-1-1 leaders to win their second cup title.


Congratulations to Mmmrs Phoenix Pigs, special thanks to Purple Gelato and Blue Star who kindly sponsored the cup and many thanks to everyone who took part. It took a long time to start this season but it was wonderful to have 16 teams in the cup. Thank you all and happy Christmas.
The cup will take a break this season, cup 16 will start next season.

Big game tonight, Looking to do another invincible season, Would be amazing to do it 2 seasons on the trot but a very very big ask especially as I got Nij tonight.
