Guys,

My stadium is now at level 4 and holds 4000 capacity, i sell tickets to home matches via the 2 credit link which means it sells out quickly, but can never seem  to fill th stadium with 4000, normally about 2900 is my best, any ideas why this is happening?

i increased my catering and fan base but still can't fill the stadium, am I missing something?

Cheers

I seem to have the same, it seems to increase slowly over time and there always seems to be that 20% spare capacity you fill by turning up to watch the game (which sadly I can't do with mine tonight as I'll be in the cinema watching the Hobbit.

Hi m8 you definitely need to watch the matches that will give you at least another 600 fans is there any reason why you set your match times for 4am you know you can change this to a better time that suits you

Also you have a lot of teams in your league with 0 popularity so that's not going to help you either so there's nothing more you can do when you move up the leagues it will get a lot easier

Cheers Guys,

At least I know it wasn't down to anything I was doing, but didn't realise that turning up to watch the matches added the 600 extra fans..  ;D ;D ;D...I'll have to reset my times of matches
Thanks

Just to clear up terminology. Turning up at you match will not give you any additional fans or associated popularity. It will increase your attendance for the match by 20%, and therefore the gate receipts, merchandising and catering. the 600 number would be based on you getting an attendance of 3000, pushing it up to 3600.

Yep, it's 20% attendance bonus for home games or 1 credit for away games.

I wouldn't advise anyone to put any money on me at the moment. I can't even buy a win and all my strikers are turning into Fernando Torres and my defence plays like Spurs against Man City.  >:(

Busy building my infrastructure at the moment, maybe next season I'll invest heavily in some players. Should get some decent income this season now my stadium is at 8000 capacity.

Just thought I'd mention that this site, unlike SL, is up, running and buzzing:

Just look at Australian Division 2 alone: 6 SL players

:D it's worth a shot. Even though my team is a huge disappointment this season, the game is very enjoyable.

I can't believe more people off here haven't given it a go, especially as it is extremely playable without buying credits  :o .

If anyone is thinking about it - Join the Australian League, we are planing a takeover of Division 1 in the next few seasons.
