  Passwords have been sent to all "Last to Enter Teams".

  Friendly League Season 97. should start in a couple of days.

  Can you become the Champion in FL1. Voted the most prestigious competition to win?
   
  A BIG welcome to all the new and returning teams this season.

   Good luck to all Teams and I hope you enjoy Friendly League 97.

   Plase note that the FL CUP will be starting early again this season so that it can be played every seven days. So look out
  for the password and don't forget, it is free. I will try to send the passwords out at a different time to last season so that
  Teams who missed out in FLCUP 96. have a chance of gaining a place in this seasons FLCUP.

I lost today, that means if i lose tomorrow, I will spend the season in relegation.

If I win tomorrow, then the following couple of games will decide if I can compete for promotion or end up in mid table

This game can be frustrating sometimes. Why do the first 2 or 3 games decide the outcome of the next 27!!!!

I'd still play the injured player as one of your defenders and see how far you get, may not make that much of a difference.

that’s exactly what I have done but can’t see any wins coming my way today. (After all I would still play with a broken finger)

I have had to try and panic buy a defender today 10,000 credits on an average player, depending on how my day time results go I might be able to cancel the bid

Sorry there will be no report tonight still having difficulty with this computer and the new one has not been set up yet. I have been trying since 3.15 with no luck. Will try again in the morning when the computer and me have cooled down a bit.

  Three games played and there are just four teams with 100% records. Steaua Sudului head the table by goal difference followed by, SatinStorm, DANEMARK FC and Park My Seagull. It's looking good for C211 with three in the bottom four teams (LOL), UNIV. CRAIOVA, Jellybellies and Kushberry F.C with Mobtown FC completing the four.

  FL2. Game 3/30.

  Just one team in FL2. with 100% record, Under the Radar FC. Two points behind are, Saiyan Warriors and Ogres. At the bottom, Team Logan John and sMAshEd have no points yet. Then there are three teams with one point each:-    BALDBEAN FC, FC sidraT and CSI-Westgate on Sea.

  FL3. Game 3/30.

  FL3. Has two teams with 100% records. Touchnplay head the table by goal difference with Surreal Madrid in second place. West Town Utd, Rekrap CF and Beeky Blinders are all two points behind. At the bottom, Tunneltiger and ITFC  have no points. The Blurred Crusade and Tekkerslovakia have one point each.

Two points behind in third place by goal diffrence, Super Imps who won 1-0 at Kushberry F.C. Only goal difference is keeping SatinStorm out of the top three. At the bottom, UNIV. CRAIOVA, Jellybellies and Kushberry F.C have no points yet. Mobtown FC are one point above the bottom three.

  FL2. Game 4/30.

  The last 100% record went today when leaders by goal difference, Under the Radar FC were held to a 1-1 draw at sMAshEd. In second place, Saiyan Warriors won 1 - 0 against Fools United. One point behind in third place, New Energy won 1-0 at Ogres. There are five teams two points short of the top three. At the bottom, FC sidraT, Team Logan John and    sMAshEd have one point each. CSI-Westgate on Sea are one point above the bottom three.

  Just one team left with 100% record:- Touchnplay who won 3-0 at ITFC. Two points behind in second place by goal difference, West Town Utd won 2 - 0 against The Real Seg.   Still with a 100% record, Leaders Steaua Sudului now have a five point lead at the top after a 2 - 1 win against SatinStorm who remain in second place. Just one point behind in third place by goal difference,  Park My Seagull won 3-0 at DANEMARK FC who are now kept out of the top three by the goal difference. At the bottom, Jellybellies, Aten warriors and    UNIV. CRAIOVA all have three points each. Mobtown FC are one point above the bottom three.

  FL2. Game 6/30.

   Heading the table by three points, Under the Radar FC won 2-0 at King Kennys Army. In second place by goal difference, ITALIANO   won 2 - 0 against BALDBEAN FC. In third place by the goal difference, Saiyan Warriors lost 5-0 against Blue Meanies who are two points short of the top three. At the bottom, FC sidraT have one point. Both    BALDBEAN FC and Team Logan John have four points each. Both Fulhams Finest and CSI-Westgate on Sea are one point above the bottom three.

  FL3. Game 6/30.

  Leaders Touchnplay lost their 100% record after losing 3-0 at Betty Swollocks XI. Two points behind in second place by goal difference, West Town Utd lost 1-0 against CORINTHIAN CLOWNS. One point further behind in third place, SatinStorm drew 1-1 at CSKA Sofia. Both Park My Seagull and Super Imps are just one point short of the top three. At the bottom, Aten warriors have three points.   Mobtown FC have four points. Floriana FC, UNIV. CRAIOVA and Jellybellies have six points each.

  FL2. Game 7/30.

  Leaders now by two points, Under the Radar FC   lost 2-0 at Fulhams Finest. In second place by goal difference, ITALIANO drew 2-2 at sMAshEd. In third place by the goal difference, Saiyan Warriors were held to a goaless draw at Ogres. Rathpeacon are just one point short of the top three. There is a new leader at the top:- Memento Mori FC won 2-0 against former leader Touchnplay who are now one point behind in second place. Brought back down to earth with a bang but its my own fault not been as active as I should have been over the weekend punished. Dont have to many beers basically And now I have to work the squad out again. But I still plan on winning promotion  ;D

  Memento Mori FC won 1 - 0 against Bonsai Planters and take over the top place by goal difference. In second place, Touchnplay were held to a goaless draw at Pipick City. The Real Seg move into the top three by goal difference after winning 2-0 at CORINTHIAN CLOWNS. Only goal difference is keeeping    Beeky Blinders out of the top three.  At the bottom,  ITFC have no points yet. Tunneltiger have three points. How can I play a season in FL1 and score 9 points and a few weeks later be second in FL2 after 10 games when my team has gotten weaker!!!

I can accept that FL1 is the top 16 players on the game but the top players in FL2 are the next best.

It makes no sense that right now I am 18th in the pecking order. If I was in FL1, I would be lucky to win one single game but in FL2, I am on a 7 match winning run. The gulf between the two leagues cannot be that wide.

Eamonn, you're SL's version of yo-yo clubs Norwich, West Brom & Fulham  ;D

Have to agree a lot of FL2 would be fine in FL1, there's definitely some connection between form & PLs. No other explanation why you picked up so little points last season other than a poor start.

In my opinion, I feel like the gap between teams in FL1 and FL2 is wider than you think.
A team with a team strength of around 770 (which is pretty good) could easily get relegated from FL1 but I reckon would be in the top 3 in FL2.

Most teams that get relegated from FL1 tend to get promoted back to FL1 rather quickly unless they screwed up their rebuild making them weaker in strength or are just not bothered to set up accordingly.

FL1 is incredibly tough and changes season by season. I won FL1 with a team strength of only 765 and few seasons later got relegated to FL2 with a team strength of 770+.

Well played Kenny. For about the 8th game in a row you absolutely nailed me, what’s the chances of that, thousands to 1, how strange. Every game I change the minutes I play against you, yet you always manage to get those minutes right followed by changing to exactly what to do against me, a couple of times is lucky, every time is weird!!

I disagree, I think it's mainly down to form and little else. I win games i should lose in FL2 because i was a winning run and the opposite in FL1

I'm on some good form and momentum lately, had a horrible start this season losing my first 4 games but the comeback has been immense.

Having led the league after game 15  I have since gone:

Game 16 - loss - didnt get to set up
Game 17 - win
Game 18 - draw
Game 19 - draw
Game 20 - win
Game 21 - draw
Game 22 - loss
Game 23- loss
Game 24 - loss


I have gone from winning almost every game to then the form started drawing games for me and now i am the losing run. You could draw a graph to show how your last 3 or 4 games influence the result of your next game!

It's crazy stuff. If you keep winning, then you stay winning, once you start losing, you stay losing. this game is nuts  >:(

FL1 has certainly got interesting at the top, where has Mr Kushberry come from? ;D

I'm only 4pts off top after a 100% tactical victory division rival Mobtown - haters will say he threw that game for the good of 6-1-1  ;)

I have Super Imps next and as his team are on PEDS I expect a loss and an end to my slim title chances.

Floriana FC are one point short of the top three. At the bottom,   Mobtown FC have 17 points. Aten warriors have 18 points. Jellybellies have 21 points. It looks like everyone else should be safe.

  FL2. Game 25/30.

  Realale Madrid head the table two points in front of second place, ITALIANO. Both King Kennys Army and Fools United are three points further behind with goal difference keeping   Fools United out of the top three. At the bottom, both Team Logan John and Saiyan Warriors have 18 points each.    Ogres have 21 points. Blue Meanies are five points above the bottom three.

I'm coming for that 1st place in FL1  8)

Very very close this season, the gap has narrowed and anyone from the top 5 can win FL1 this season.

My best performing mid this season is out with a broken leg and my best attributed midfielder is declining but seems I was still strong enough to get the W today.

  Only three games left to play and there are three teams at the top with just goal difference separaring them. Steaua Sudului has the number one position.    Kushberry F.C are second and Floriana FC moves into the third place. Both Super Imps and Park My Seagull are only one point short of the top three. At the bottom, Mobtown FC have 17 points and have been relegated. Aten warriors have 19 points and are also relegated. Jellybellies are also relegated with 24 points. FL2. Is going to be a tuffer league nest season.

  FL2. Game 27/30.

  Realale Madrid have a five point lead ai the top.    ITALIANO remain in second place. Rathpeacon are one point behind in third place.   Fools United are one point short of the top three. At the bottom, Team Logan John have 18 points and could be relegated tomorrow. Saiyan Warriors have 21 points. Ogres have 24 points.    Blue Meanies are three points above the bottom three.

  All change for the top seven teams today.    Super Imps won 1 - 0 against Jellybellies and now lead the table by goal difference. I do have a special request to all Managers.

At the end of each season, lots of managers like to take a rest from the game. I however do not get one because of the time I have to put in organizing the next FL season. I would be grateful that if you are taking a rest, please make sure that you have signed up for Season 98. There is not much time for all the organizing between the seasons and it is possible that some team would lose their place if not signed up etc on time. I can also point out that it usually the same teams that have to be reminded each season. Please note. There were teams who lost their places for this season due to not signing up on time.

I have rivals in Italiano and DANEMARK, and also Gull and others who I like to test myself against, but never would the night before they have the biggest game of their season play psycho against them to sabotage their season, that’s not rivalry, that’s just spiteful and malicious, and for what I’ve seen since being back, it’s not welcome on this game, just just stop it!!

The great Frenchy...... remember him very well. He came over to SL2 aswell and caused mayhem.... lol

Well done Gull cracking win even with the harsh tactics last night. Just horrible stuff!

Well done Italiano too. A win on goal difference between 1st, 2nd and 3rd is amazing. FL2 was topsy-turvy madness!

FL2 was nuts, great to see it finish so close, same in FL3

Every FL division is hard to win.

Lastly, thanks to Brian's amazing efforts during the last month, it was a tough month for everyone.

Cheers Guys, was such a close season in FL2, the top 3 all finishing on 55 points and me just edging it but GD, but Il take it! Look forward to the challenge in FL1 next season

Will have to up my game next season - usually have a strong finish in this but limped over the line this time - players seemed to have their minds on the beach 😂
