It is getting close to the start of the new season.

The Girls are raring to go, to the Wine Bar, Night Clubbing, Cocktail Bar and not particularly in that order. After training drinks are down at The Crack, the local to the West End Training Ground. Good Luck to all in FL2. ;) 8)

Perhaps "The Crack" is where your Goalie fell down the other night Ag and put her back out for twelve weeks. :) 8) :)

So we are underway once again, the first games have been played.

There were four wins, four draws and four losses.

The four winning teams were:-

    Arsenals Invincibles winning 2-0 at Didier Drogba Fan Club
   The REAL Madrid winning 1-0 against Corinthian Casuals
    The KC Shuffle winning 2-0 at Exodus
    CSI-Westgate on Sea winning 2-1 at    Ogres

Other first day results were:-
   Aten warriors   1 - 1    Naval and Military
   The Huckley Way   2 - 2    West End Girls
   Oi Prasinoi   1 - 1    A Selecao Das Quinas
   Corkscrew   0 - 0    The Tumbling Sixers :) 8) :)

After Game two there are three teams with 100% records and another five teams unbeaten.

The three 100% teams are:-

   Arsenals Invincibles after winning 3 - 1 against Exodus.
        CSI-Westgate on Sea with a 3-0 win at Didier Drogba Fan Club .
   The REAL Madrid winning 2 - 0 against The Tumbling Sixers.

Other results today:-

   Aten warriors   2 - 0    The KC Shuffle
   Naval and Military   1 - 1    Oi Prasinoi
   The Huckley Way   1 - 0    A Selecao Das Quinas

From what was reported to me, it was something to do with bending over a pool table :o :-X 8)

Ag's    West End Girls move to second on goal difference after a 2 - 1 win against    Corinthian Casuals.

CSI-Westgate on Sea drop to thrd after being held to a goalless draw at The Tumbling Sixers.

Aten warriors move to fourth with a 1-0 win at Didier Drogba Fan Club.

Other results today:-

Game four and    The REAL Madrid keep their 100% record by winning 5 - 0 against    Corkscrew.

West End Girls keep up the chase, just two points behind with a 2 - 1 win against A Selecao Das Quinas.

The KC Shuffle take over third place with a 2-0 win at Naval and Military.

CSI-Westgate on Sea and Aten warriors share fourth place after both were held to 1-1 draws by Arsenals Invincibles and Exodus.

Other results today:-

   Didier Drogba Fan Club   0 - 2    Ogres
   The Huckley Way   1 - 0    Oi Prasinoi
   Corinthian Casuals   1 - 0    The Tumbling Sixers

Big game tomorrow when first and second play each other.:-

The result of today's big game was :-
   West End Girls   0 - 2    The REAL Madrid.  so  The REAL Madrid maintain their 100% start to the season and now establish a five point gap at the top. West End Girls drop to third on goal difference.

Arsenals Invincibles climb back into second place with a 3 - 0 win against Aten warriors.

The KC Shuffle are down to fourth after being held to a 0 - 0 draw by Oi Prasinoi.

After the first five games I am sorry to say that the only team with no points are Steve's Didier Drogba Fan Club who lost 2-0 today to  Naval and Military

Two points above them are Exodus after losing 1-0 against A Selecao Das Quinas.

Just one point above them are The Tumbling Sixers who drew 1 - 1 with Ogres.

Other results today:-
