FL2 Season 71

 FL2 Season 71 will be starting soon.

Hope everyone have their predictions ready.

My predictions are:-

FC Town of Luton
Ogres
Rebel Rovers

I think FC. Town of Luton will get promoted back to FL1. The Ogre's will be up there battling as usual. Steve's Drog's are always up for it. The Girls from the West End always fancy a party if they win two games back to back. Maybe this could be Brian's season to see CSI Westgate climb out of FL2 up to the top tier. ;) 8)

That's fair enough Brian. I've been doing the FL3 reports but we have had limited interaction on the FL3 thread so combining FL threads makes sense for FL3. FL2 might be different. We'll see how combining FL1, FL3 and FL4 into one thread works this season.

I'm with Brian on this and the whole use of the Forum. If you want to read about FL2 or FL3 I go to that thread to read about the day's events. It's more important from a historical perspective, ie. looking back for events and/or information when ten or more different subjects are buried in a general post. It just makes the job harder to do. 8)

And we are off.

First games played today and there were four wins and four draws and four losses.

FC Basel are the first day leaders on goal difference with a 2 - 0 win against Oi Prasinoi.

Rebel Rovers, Wizards FC and Subgenius are the other winners.

Game two and FC Basel are the only 100% team after winning 3-0 at Ogres.

Four teams are two points further back with four points:-

Wizards FC shared the points with a 1 - 1 draw against Oi Prasinoi.
Subgenius were held to a goalless draw by CSI-Westgate on Sea.
The REAL Madrid won 1 - 0 against The Delhi Dilemma.
Sporting Messi FC won 1 - 0 against Rebel Rovers.

Game three and no 100% teams left as leaders FC Basel are held to a 1 - 1 draw by Corinthian Casuals.  FC Basel now lead on goal difference with seven points.

There are two other teams with seven points and they are:-

Subgenius who won 2 - 1 against The REAL Madrid

Sporting Messi FC who won 1-0 at The Rumour Mill.

The Delhi Dilemma take fourth place on goal difference with four points after a    2 - 0   win against FC Town of Luton .

I think Ag's tip of Brian's CSI for promotion has disturbed the force. C'mon Brian ;) No party's for the Girls yet. I see The Drog's are taking close order on the top of the table. 8)
