We are now starting the sign up process for The Champions League Season 133.

If you finished in the top 4 of an X-1-1 you should have received a PM asking if you wanted to participate. Thank you to those who have done promptly and for those who have yet to you have until Day 1 of the new season (Monday).

Teams Signed Up / Invited - Bold have confirmed. I will use Original Team names to help me! The positions you are in are your Seeds for the draw. If someone above you declines entry everyone gets bumped up one and the teams in 5th,6th get invited and so on.

I have now sent messages to Rathpeacon (C3) and Realale Madrid (C8) to offer their places, should they take these then the seeds will all "bump up one higher"

Welcome to the group stage draw of The Champions League 133,

Rules of the competition
Each team will be drawn into 8 Groups of 4 Team A-H
1 Team of each seed (see seeds in previous posts) will be in each group where also no manager will have two sides in the same group nor will two teams from the same conference be drawn together.
Teams will play in a Group of 8 but as usual only results against their other 3 opponents will count for Champions League group stage points.
After all games have been completed the top 2 sides will qualify for the last 16 knockout stage and so on. This last 16 draw will be random. 8 Group Winners vs 8 Runners up.
