FAO conferences 3 and 4

To all in conferences 3 and 4:


Conference 3 has run a successful conference 3 cup for the past five seasons. Discussions about it's future led to suggestions about playing an inter conference competition against one other conference. Conference 3 players suggested conference 4 as our preferred opponents.

We propose a 16 team league made up of 8 conference 3 players and 8 conference 4 players. The conference who's 8 teams score the most points will be the winner.
