3-5-2 is not a good formation when you have to play longball.
you better try 4-5-1 use wings or 3-5-2 use wings in rainy/snow conditions
if you want to play longball try 5-2-3 or 4-3-3, also I saw 2-5-3 working well (Realale Madrid is using it with succes)

I don't quite have the players to go changing formations too much at the moment, squad build is still in full swing.
