.... and almost don't like to ask ... but is anybody updating credit purchases?

I bought some a week or two ago and they were updated the same day.

I have had credits updated today. Very efficiently, thank you. However, what is missing, is that in past credit updates you always seemed to get a bonus of a few hundred more credits. Which was nice. Now the credit amount is bang on the button and it is a bit of a shock. :o ::) 8)

Yes you're right - the birthday bonus or member's bonus if you like - if you rebrought within the year of being a member. Think it was 12.5% off the top of my head, wasn't it? Maybe Junior (or whoever it may have been) simply forgot and will rectify it when they see your message?  :D

Junior has done his best for me but I'd suggest we have some patience. Obviously things must all be a bit different just now (and for a while)?
