I've been playing my ADEFL with a broken leg recently (12 weeks) and haven't noticed that much of a disadvantage!

From what I see in this thread, Westeros was one of the all time best, with 810.
My team is at 751 now.
It must be incredibly incredibly difficult to get a team to 800. I have never had any of my teams above 780 in my SL career.
Training is one of my weak points and will look into that spreadsheet Bonzai, thanks for that!
Rich do you know if Westeros bought normal 500 credit players and trained them up for 9-10 seasons to hit 810 or was it a mix between normal and the better players available in the market?
Nevertheless, an amazing achievement by them to hit 810, I have never seen that in my life.
I would love to know with your experience if you reckon a players details (height, weight, occupation and martial status) has any correlation with producing better results/training.

Depends what areas need training more to be honest.
As a rule I rotate between
Corners x 4
Jogging x 4
Defence x 4
Then as my team starts to max out I’ll train the areas I’m weakest in

It's a rounding issue Baldy. To ensure comparability it's better to use Deca's method because this is what everyone uses, but the percentage figures are rounded down.
My average shooting percentage is 92.72% but this is shown as 92% on the training screen. I've just finished my training routine for next year and my actual stat average is 791, however using Deca's method it's 787.

yeah back then I actually had good luck with 352 and 352 attacking so I always stuck with it. I always ended using formations that weren't always used to be a little different, and it made it a little easier to get players back then. For example striker R and L were much cheaper to buy then central strikers, and attacking players too.not me my friend. I was wrong … when you joined with Old Fullerians you were using 3-5-2 formation, the same at The Jakes. There weren’t many teams using it, so I thought maybe it was him … plus you joined the same conference C2
