I've given this a deadline of Monday 3pm.

As things stand we have 78 teams, 2 short on the full numbers due to dropouts.

So FL1,2,3,4 will be 16 team leagues and FL5 will be a 14 team league unless I can find 2 managers who dare to believe.

Please note due to dropouts:
Subgenius will remain in FL2
CSI Westgate-on-Sea and Shakhtar Senseless remain in FL3
The Rhubarb Triangle and Totton Saints remain in FL4
