Decided to take a look at my 2 squads seasonal stats and noticed that my OCO team has had only 4 AWOL players in total this season (3 being one player) and my other team The Invincibles have a total of 15 AWOL players this season!!! evenly spread out throughout the squad with only a couple of players being AWOL twice.  :o :o

What's peoples views on this? does each SL Player brought from the TM have say a score out of 10 or 100 or something to say how likely they are to go AWOL?

I am more surprised because over half of the 15 AWOLS have been regular first team players.

Is it something I am doing with that team or just bad luck.. I do the standard nice rest day and rehab at night with both teams.

Be also interesting to see how many other teams have had this season (Not if you leave it on Pub Crawl of course  ;) )

I seem to remember "Garbage Men" like a day off now & again !!!

Worth checking whether their occupations are a common factor ?

I never check the occupation.

But I do notice on my teams some players in particular will have a season where you can’t rely on them. Check my South Shields team and look at Luke Sullivan. I think he’s had 7 or 8 AWOL this season, yet last season he was barley missing. I think it’s just a random season thing that can’t be helped...it’s a bit annoying when you spend over 5000 credits a season (if you have a full friendly fixture list) on training. I get the odd one here and there, but 8 on one player?  :o

I'm just kidding.  It was something mentioned about 7 years ago about occupations.  I never check them or pay heed to them either.

Sure its completely random.

I've had 5 awols all season and they are all on 1 guy. No idea why.

I have one with 9 AWOLS this season.
He was off a few times last season as well.
You either persevere or sell

I seem to remember it being something to do with the hidden stats of a player that affects there overall?

Is it a 95 overall player that's going AWOL or lower rated?
