Actually we're the average age, we generally started off at the beginning with Pong/Atari VCS/Magnavox/arcade games like Asteroids/Space Invaders and kept on going through the 70s, 80s and beyond.

The servers are (understandably) struggling to cope, but you can get Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics (PC) for absolutely free (and DRM free) over the next couple of days.

Rayman Legends is only £22 (both current gen consoles) at Asda.
Site says £27, but use code "GAMES5" to knock a fiver off that.
Have cancelled my shopto preorder and gone with this instead. It means paying now instead of next week, but saves £7.86...
Release date 18th Feb.

The game is excellent but without the GamePad for the Murfy parts there's a lot less skill involved in those segments using buttonppresses instead of the touchscreen. A great game though, going to be interesting to see if they're going to ungimp the swarming parts that the Wii U version had to suffer from due to the lack of power that the PS3 and 360 have.

Bloody hell, this is a great Wii U deal as long as you don't mind your Wii U being white. A Wii U Basic console with Nintendo Land, Just Dance and Wii Party U and 2 Wii remotes (because you get one with Just Dance and one with Wii Party U).

So you're basically getting a Wii U for £130 quid.

Worth getting one just to play first and second party titles on even if third party support doesn't pick up.

"The Ultimate Xbox Live Game Sale" is up and running on the 360 - and has a few tasty morsels.
I shan't partake, personally. I need to reduce the 360 backlog, not add to it.

Oh. That reminds me. It's just past the middle of the month. I should probably download whatever the current "games with gold" offering is.... (a quick google later)... Ah - Toy Soldiers. I think I have it. Never mind, then.

What idiot is going to spend 15 quid on Angry Birds when you can get it for free for your mobile..? Unless something's changed since I downloaded it 4 or 5 years ago..? :-\

Some good deals on Tomb Raider today, on pc and on xbox 360.
I personally wasn't a big fan of this reboot, but I'm definitely in the minority on this one - and it's gotta be worth a look at these prices if you've not played it already...

You can download it for £8.99 from xbox marketplace (today only?).

Or if pc is your bag you can get it from Square Enix (with steam code) for only £3.37 (using code SQEXD005).
