Anyone want to explain how we WON?!?

http://smokey.sundayleague.com/cgi-bin/sundayleague/match.pl?fixtureid=8695959

For some reason no AT's came into play . . . but regardless, Saiyan had 90mins of tactical dominance, no? Or is it in the finer details? I'm confused.

4-5-1 is not good when played with long ball.

And you had aggression advantage

Hey Guys and Girls, has anyone noticed with their teams the more games you play, even with rotation, the worse your results get?

I believe there is a happy medium between getting maximum gelling benefits and optimim team fitness. I DO however believe it varies from team to team. I remember times seeing Marvs Fullerians or the Borg playing loads of PLs and rarely seeing a draw let alone a defeat. Whereas if some other teams tried that many PLs their results would start to suffer. Probably due to some hidden players attribute. So in short i would personally tend to try and not play in more than 4/5 PLs at once.

This is only my opinion though, im probably dead wrong lol

Yeah I reckon there definitely is something to it, as a test I'm willing to put good money that I have a slow start to FL5 even if I am up tactically until some of my PL's finish then have an upturn in form around the half way mark

First game of FL5 proving my theory right http://smokey.sundayleague.com/cgi-bin/sundayleague/match.pl?fixtureid=8745662

29 minutes of TA to his 1 and I would say of the teams fielded mine are stronger.

I'm going to monitor this I reckon (like you alluded to Dave) the teams like the borg with the 99 stamina across the board can deal with multiple comps but if you have a young team like mine don't bother going over 2 with a friendly games

I'm in a sticky keeper posisition. One AWOL and one injured. Would I get away with playing my injured keeper? He's 'out' for 2 more weeks.

Play the injured keeper Rich, the awol keeper is back tomorrow, luckily no league games and probably the toughest team in the division to play in FL5 today so not much is lost.

On the contrary mate I would say, that with an injured keeper the scorelines show a lot of promise for your team

Agreed that's not a bad score for you with a keeper with a sprained wrist. I reckon he's faking it  ;)

Both of my right mids are out of todays' games (one 8 week injury, 1 AWOL). Are you better off playing a player out of position or player with an 8 week injury? (20% fitness)
