Can't say I've noticed that happen Wizard but have noticed bids on players almost as soon as the match engine finishes after 3am games which I thought was weird. I knew they weren't real bids because some of the players weren't good at all and highly doubted anyone would bid on them at all let alone 5 mins after they went on the market lol

Good to know, cheers Del. I might just assume it isn't a real bid and stick with my 500-700 (unless, of course, it goes up to 3 or 4 bids... in which case statistically it is likely to be at least one real person bidding lol).

Weird one last night when my player broke his leg in the 41st minute then went on to score a goal from a corner  :o

The serious injury didn't seem to play any part in the scoreline at all  :o

Strange one but I'll take it  :D

Sad to see Stow Wanderers and Redhill Rovers leave us over the past few days.

I just wondered if someone could kindly enlighten me - I'm having a few teething problems at the moment, which I am glad about because I would much rather learn what I'm doing wrong sooner rather than later!

Is there a glaringly obvious reason why I lost this game against Shellyboy this afternoon? (Well done by the way mate!) As far as I can see, I dominated tactically for 83 minutes. Apart from boots where I used moulded boots (compared to Shelly's blades) on a normal pitch, I can't see too many tactical differences, nor were there any players out of position etc.

Do you reckon it was the boots that let me down, or is it simply due to the difference our teams' overall strength? His team is significant stronger than mine. If so, tactics probably won't matter for a while - at least until my team is sufficiently trained up?

I don't think you did anything wrong Wizard.

I believe Blades or Moulded both work fine on a normal pitch.

The only thing that got me out of suffering of a massive loss in that game was team strength like you said.

I know how you feel, I'm getting dominated in 2-1-1 and 1-1-1 for the same reason. (Well mainly 1-1-1, my own sloppy mistakes are costing me in conference 2).

Some neat tactical changes by Borg won that  but I'll be hoping to do better in the ICC.
