Just wanted to get views on whether anyone else has noticed this. In the last 3 seasons that I’ve qualified for Champs Shield, I’ve had an x-1-1 team in the first two rounds. I’ll put this mathematically into context for you.

1st season – Northern Lights 1st round – chance of drawing an x-1-1 team in 1st round = 15/255 = 5.8%
2nd season – TouchnPlay 1st round – chance of drawing an x-1-1 team in 1st round = 15/255 = 5.8%
3rd season – AFC Fish 2nd round – chance of drawing an x-1-1- team in 2nd round = 15/127 (assuming all make it through) = 11.8%
Likelihood of this happening = 0.03%

As someone who regularly plays poker, I understand that this could genuinely be a coincidence. But that figure is so low – it doesn’t make sense to me. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I can expand on some of this if I was to get other examples?

There must be somthing to this chazz, first round of champions shield in against The Rumour Mill, so the winner of 7-1-1 against 3-1-1, what are they chances eh?

There's something not right with the Champs Shield draw. I'm sure it's just a bug but there's too many times where X-1-1 have drawn each other early on for it to be a coincidence.

I lost a 10k bid on a GK last night I just threw 10k assuming that I would get the goalie somewhere between 3-5k, guessing someone else also had that thought!

It is horrendous at the moment. Seem to have had an influx of new people and loads of people re-building. Any decent player is going for 10k

Was looking to rebuild over the coming weeks but there is no way I'm paying 10k for a keeper! I have about 70k from my winnings before my break but that sounds like I'll only get 7 players!

it appears so. Maybe it's not worth it yet any time soon, im not paying over the odds for mediocre players aswell as 10k for the best. My previous build cost 50k and it just seems I'll get nowhere near that this time...

Marv if you build your team you have it before with your attacking players you’ll probably get it a lot cheaper than not doing it that way.

It won’t be as cheap as before, but it’s a lot less expensive than building a team without attacking players.

I reckon the value of the attacking players hasn’t really changed...
