A 0-8 defeat for the Westerns against Madbastids in the nfl today.  Just goes to show how much damage a set up error can do.  I had 4 afternoon games,  2 long ball and 2 passing   and to try save on key strokes I always use the default set up after setting up for one of them before switching to set up for the ther type of game.  looks like I messed that up this morning. Finished up with 451 players in a 523 formation.  OOOps  8-0 !!
Im just glad it wasn't my con3 cup semi final that i messed up.

It happens (I'm pretty sure) to all of us at some point. With me it can be lack of concentration especially in what are (in my eyes) the less important lunchtime matches. Like today. Silly error with subs and I lost 0-6 to a team (no offence to them) below me in FL69.  It shouldn't matter in the long run although the team that beat me is in direct competition with my dear husband in the bottom third of the league. I've said sorry and he is cool with it. Because he knows how easily it can happen :-)

Gutted to have missed out on 1st in the SL Managers Table by 5 points. Five! But well done to Charlie and The Seg. Top manager!

Does anybody know what 1st place of the Managers Table wins nowadays? It used to be a tshirt and a shed load of credits back in the day (or was it cash?) This is the closest I have ever been to winning it, so I am intrigued!

Cheers Wizard, it was a closely run contest this season. You've beaten me in every game we've played for the last couple of seasons so I'll gladly take this one!

I won the Managers Table a few seasons back and got just the 5k credits unlike before when you used to win a prize and t-shirt and credits. I can't imagine unless we can persuade Junior otherwise that we'll see this happen again. :(

Has anybody else noticed that the team history page hasn't been updated to the current season? My team history is still showing last season's final placings and doesn't show this season's progress. A bit odd.
