cheers for the vote of confidence borg having me down as a 3rd place finish, but FL1 has been my bogey pl since I got there.  I know teams like floriana and super imps aren't at their strongest now, but I'll be dead impressed if I end up 3rd  ;D

I know there areno small games but my opener against Jon i consider a biggy, big confidance boost if i take 3 points today, especially with 2 of my first team out with long term injuries  :(

It's a big change playing in front of 243 fans rather than the thousands enjoyed in FL1 but we'll adapt. Thanks for the vote of confidence, I'll do my best to prove Mihai wrong! All the best folks

Top Picks Day1

FL1 - Defending Champs lead the way

Super Imps started the defence of their title with an impressive 3-0 win against Pathetico Madrid to top the standings. Other notable results saw newly promoted and recent FL champion Hoarse Whisperers overcome Right Enuff and The Flashhearts won the Con1 battle against Donkalonk 1-0.


FL2 - Warriors Down Spartak

In what many would have thought to be a game too close to call, Aten Warriors got off to a flyer with a comprehensive 3-0 win against Spartak. Other notables saw St Kilda select produce an impressive 2-0 away win at TheFanClub and NavalandMilitary overcome the always reliable Surreal Madrid 2-0.


FL3 - Lunatic Go Goal Crazy

Lunatic Fringe are the early pacesetter with a superb 4-0 against an out of sorts Rhubarb Triangle, other notables saw Betty Swollocks overcome Totton Saints 4-0 and one of the favourites Harricam Wanderers win 3-0 against Subgenius.


FL4 - Tornadoes Whirlwind Display

Tipton Tornadoes top the lot with a 3-1 win against Yorkie Strollers, other notables saw Corkscrew down Pyros 2-0 and the hot favourite Fallen Giant Borg beat one of his main challengers Mixed Martial Farts 1-0.
