3-5-2 is not a good formation when you have to play longball.
you better try 4-5-1 use wings or 3-5-2 use wings in rainy/snow conditions
if you want to play longball try 5-2-3 or 4-3-3, also I saw 2-5-3 working well (Realale Madrid is using it with succes)

Improved performance last night from my boys, only going down 2-0 to The Rumour Mill. One of my key defenders suffered a bad injury, will need to find a replacement before tomorrow's game!

It's been a tough few days for The Cricketers, four defeats in a row against the top teams in the division.  Another very hard game tonight against Hoarse Whisperers, hopefully I can start picking a few points up soon!

I reckon you can get 8 wins 2 draws mate in the 2nd half of season. Should be nicely away from danger.

Next season top 6 is realistic along with a place in the Friendly League
