Harricam took on The Mighty Standard Liege. It was 0-0 until the 73rd minute when Harricam took the lead. They thought it was all over until the Standard players thundered up the pitch and netted the equaliser within two minutes. The game ended 1-1 with Ag telling his players, as they trudged off, "it ain't over till it's over." Shakhtar remain in second place but only two points off The Summit of FL4. Their 0-4 victory today had the Shakhtar crowd losing it again and becoming senseless, again.

The Aguias took a hard fought game 1-0 over Rathpeacon. If you got points for trying Rathpeacon would be higher up the league. The Rath fan's realise this and remain firmly behind their team. Das Quinas and England went toe to toe and gave no quarter. The result a 0-0 draw. Honours even.

The Cricketers went down 0-1 at home to The Rhubarb Triangle. Statistically a very even game but Rhubarb got the all important winner. Stow took on Corkscrew and played to their skills and took the game 1-0.

On the coach to Glanford The Negative Amigo's manager was giving his tactical talk. "it's attack attack attack, from kick off." The Amigo's ran out 0-4 winners and the Manager said on the coach back,"Told Ya." Yorkie's Strollers beat Totton Saints 4-0. However the game felt closer than the final scoreline suggests. Totton had a player sent off and three of the Yorkie goals came after they had the extra player advantage. ;) 8)

Bottom of the table Glanford Park drew 1-1 with Standard Liege to earn their second point of the season. Rebel Rovers went away to top of the table Harricam, and came away 0-4 losers. Robbie racked up a hatrick and Ag stated I may keep him on the pitch longer if he can turn in performances like that.

Corkscrew beat Totton Saints 3-0. Totton could not find the net when needed. Totton had Ulee Daway sent off in the 81st minute, but by then the damage was already done. Rathpeacon scored on the half hour and tried to hold onto their lead. However the Rhubarb Triangle equalised in the 80th minute and the game ran out a 1-1 draw.

Stow Wanderers move into 6th in FL4 after beating Yorkie's Strollers 3-0. A good solid performance said the Stow Manager. We need more like it. A close fought game saw The Cricketers and The Negative Amigo's draw 1-1.

England ran out 2-0 winners over promotion rivals The Aguias. Jamie Vardy grabbed a brace of goals, again. It's a good habit to form commented the England Manager. Despite the loss The Aguias remain in the third promotion place one point above England. In a very even game second placed Shakhtar nicked the three points on offer. The game was balanced on a knife edge until Shakhtar stole a goal to run out 0-1 winners. ;) 8)

Shakhtar are mounting a healthy and stealthy campaign. They are slowly picking off their rivals one by one. Today they were away at The Rhubarb Triangle. A second half goal for Shakhtar and a Rhubarb sending off sealed this 0-1 away win. Ag sat with head in hands after his training staff reported four injured players and two players awol. At the post match press conference he sang the praises of The Aguias for taking the game to Harricam and beating them 1-2. Harricam slip to second place and The Aguias remain in third place four points behind.

England beat Totton Saints 4-0. England are one point off the promotion places. Totton need to practice their defensive tactics as they gave three penalties away and England's Jamie Vardy converted all three. Das Quinas ran out 3-0 winners v Yorkie's Strollers. The Strollers did not have any answers to the question's posed by Das Quinas.

Stow Wanderers turned in another solid performance beating Glanford Park 3-0. Stow maintain themselves in 6th place in FL4. The Cricketers had a fantastic home win seeing off Rebel Rovers 4-0.

The Negative Amigo's went away to Corkscrew today. They actually looked like the home team. Comfortable on the ball, able to cope with everything Corkscrew threw at them. Netting four goals for a whopping away win. Rathpeacon were away at Standard Liege. They were one up in the first half. Standard equalised in the second half. The Rathpeacon Manager was quoted as saying "We need to learn how to defend a lead." ;) 8)

Back to back draws means more lost ground for me, need a few wins fast.

Out of interest, how many teams get relegated?

Glanford Park went to Harricam and came away the worse for wear after a 1-5 defeat. In the press conference after the game Ag praised the attacking unit of the team, Owen, Fowler and Torres. He also updated the assembled journalist's about the six injured players. Five are still being treated but we could have Phillipe Coutinho back tomorrow. Stow Wanderers thrashed Rebel Rovers 5-0. Stow move into 5th place in FL4, one point off the third promotion place.

The Rhubarb Triangle saw off Totton Saints 3-0. Totton could not match the fluidity of The Rhubarb machine. At the half way stage of the season Rhubarb are in eighth place. Daniel Sturridge grabbed two goals in England's 3-0 victory v Rathpeacon. England now occupy the third promotion place one point ahead of a chasing pack of three teams. Das Quinas, Stow and The Aguias.

The Cricketers find themselves in 7th place as the first half of season comes to a close. They are only three points off the third promotion place. Today they beat Yorkie's Strollers 4-0. Standard Liege and The Aguias went head to head and the game panned out into a 1-1 draw. The Aguias dropped from third to sixth place as a result of this draw.

Top of the Table Shakhtar went away to Corkscrew and never seemed in danger of losing their 0-1 lead. At the end of the game the Shakhtar manager said, "one game at a time. One nil win's will do it for us." Fourth placed Das Quinas beat The Negative Amigo's in a 1-0 home win. The Das Quinas supporters knew the significance of this game, keeping their team tight to the promotion places. ;) 8)

Shakhtar are a well oiled machine, squeezing another 1-0 victory in FL4 today. The Negative Amigo's where today's victim's. Shakhtar are top of table by three points. Ag had Harricam play 541 today. Lots of players complained but could see there was really no other option. The Squad being depleted. Harricam took on Stow Wanderers and a 1-1 draw was a fair result for the talent on offer.

The Aguias move up into third place, again. Today they beat Glanford Park 0-3. Third place is the hottest contested place in FL4 at present. Das Quinas entertained the visiting team, The Cricketers. The Cricketers had the answers and returned home 0-2 winners.

Standard Liege beat England 2-1 at home. Standard had a man sent off in the 84th minute and clung on to their narrow lead. The Rhubarb Triangle had a narrow 1-0 home victory over Corkscrew. Try as they might Corkscrew could not bag an equaliser.

Rebel Rovers came to Yorkie's Strollers with their Manager saying we need the points. The Rebels duly obliged with a 1-2 away win. The Rebels are still in the relegation zone but can they turn things around. In a game that could have gone either way or even been a draw Totton Saints eventually took the game against Rathpeacon 1-2. The Rathpeacon Manager has a new mantra "Defend a Lead." ;) 8)

Shakhtar are top of the table nine points clear of third place. Harricam are in second place six points clear of the current third place. There are five teams vying for third place at present. All could change of course. The Cricketers, Stow wanderers, Das Quinas, The Aguias and England are in the 31-34 points grouping.

The Rhubarb Triangle are in 8th place on 28 points. Which in itself marks a boundary. Then there are three teams, Corkscrew, The Negative Amigo's and Standard Liege all in the low twenty point zone.

Then there are four teams fighting to stay out of the relegation zone. Yorkie's Strollers, Totton Saints, Rebel Rovers and Rathpeacon. Glanford Park remain at the bottom of FL4 on two points. ;) 8)

Glanford Park remain bottom of FL4 but they recorded their first victory today. They beat Yorkie's Strollers 0-5. Kent Cook grabbed a hatrick. Maybe this is the start of a Glanford revival. The Aguias went away to Rebel Rovers and ran out 0-5 winners. Four Aguias players got onto the score sheet. What talent.

Totton Saints ended up on the wrong end of a defeat, at home. The Negative Amigo's were the visitors, winning 0-2, and taking home the three points. Top of the table Shakhtar visited Rathpeacon. The game could have gone either way, but ended up as a 1-1 draw. Both Managers were happy with a point. At least it was not a defeat they agreed. The Rath crowd are out celebrating as it felt like a win to them. Rathpeacon have moved out of the relegation zone.

Standard Liege chalk up another victory. They beat The Rhubarb Triangle 2-0. The Standard goal never looked under any threat. England keep up their pressure on the promotion places with a 2-0 home win over Corkscrew.

Das Quinas played a fine counter attacking game. Stow Wanderers had more of the ball but could not fashion a goal. Das Quinas made their possession pay dividends as they ran out 2-0 winners. The Cricketers move into the third promotion place as they defeated second placed Harricam 2-1. Ag had the full squad available, but it did not effect the game. ;) 8)

Shakhtar Senseless remain top of FL4 after a very tricky game to negotiate against Standard Liege. By the final whistle the two teams cancelled each other out and the game finished 0-0. Shakhtar's lead is now only two points. Indeed Harricam closed that gap with a 0-4 win over Totton Saints. Ag was nearly stretchered away by St. John's Ambulance men when Lawrenson netted. Ag waved them away saying he tripped over a stray water bottle as he looked skyward's for the divine intervention helping Lawrenson score.

The Cricketers remain in third place after beating fellow promotion seekers, The Aquias. The Cricketers are putting a run together, who is going to stop them? Rathpeacon went one up against Stow Wanderers in the first half. However Stow stormed back into it to take the game 1-3. There's a message in there somewhere if anyone can find it.

Das Quinas went away to Glanford Park and took the game 0-2. In a very close game The Negative Amigo's beat England 1-0. The England fans chanted "We wuzz robbed."In a game with both teams trying to play counter attack Yorkie's Strollers went down 0-1 to The Rhubarb Triangle. Corkscrew went away to Rebel Rovers and came away 0-3 victors. ;) 8)

Glanford Park where the visitors to Rebel Rovers. The teams mirrored each other's tactics but Glanford took the game 0-3. Totton Saints had a grand game plan and they fought tooth and claw against Shakhtar Senseless but still went down 0-2 losers. Shakhtar re establish a four point lead at the top of FL4.

Again Rathpeacon scored first, but could not hold onto their lead as The Negative Amigo's made the game 1-1. Yorkie's Strollers beat promotion hopeful's The Aquias 1-0. It was a very even game except for the one goal scored.

Standard Liege beat Corkscrew 2-0. In another very even game England just managed to net one goal to beat The Rhubarb Triangle 1-0. The Cricketers keep their winning run going as they swept aside Stow Wanderers 2-1. The Cricketers are one point off second place and five points off the summit. Das Quinas hosted second place Harricam. The game finished 0-0. We had the possession, said Ag, but not the firepower to take advantage. ;) 8)
