Conference One Discussion

Just thought I'd start up this thread as we haven't had any banter for ages!  :(

League was a close run thing this season with only one point in it. I think the top four should be able to have a good stab at the UCB this year (if we run it!)

Any predictions for next season?  ;D

Anybody know why In Wenger We Trust has moved to 8-1-4?

I'm hoping for a top eight finish in my first season in the top flight. I'm expecting a very tough battle, though, and tbf I wouldn't be disappointed if I do so much as avoid relegation.

I don't get it either? He stayed for one season didn't win so moved into a division that he will win!

I'm not quite sure he jumped ship so to speak, if you go on his team page then it shows  that he's in The Champions Shield, yet he finished 2nd last season?

These were the top 4 when I checked after 7 games cos I can't remember how the table finished last year! Especially after In Wenger We Trust's rapid appearance and departure.

Looks like LOTR Elite are the unlucky ones as they look to have established a top 4 space now. Sorry Jordan, the way you're climbing at the moment you're sure to be included next season.

It's a bit quiet on the Conference One thread so please join in and lets have some banter!  8)

Not to worry richff, I don't think my team is strong enough yet, and I'm still slipping up in quite a few games. But as with everything, it'll get better in time.

Gutted with my result last night, from winning the same opponent in a PL game 6-1 to losing 2-1 in the division in the space of a few hours was not what I expected! And could be crucial in my race for a top 8 finish

Better pick it up tomorrow.

It's all gone Pete Tong for LOTR (not so) elite!

Too many slip ups have really put a serious dent in my top 4 hopes

Can't see anybody catching (or beating) Super Imps this season, I think another unbeaten season is the cards
