Final Group Games - DAY 14 - Scenarios

A - Fools United v The Huckley Way - Both teams are locked on 6 points and this is an all or nothing game where if either team win it would see them through. A draw would see The Huckley Way through 2nd on Goal Difference.

A - Exeter City v Aston Villains - The home side are already group winners but will look to field a strong team as Aston Villains can still squeeze through in 2nd if they win by a significant margin and the other game ends in a draw.

B - The Seg v Arsenals Invincibles - The home side are playing only for pride, the away side and 3 time holders MUST WIN to guarantee a Last 16 spot. A draw would keep everyone guessing with the other result in the group. It will go down to the wire.

B - The Delhi Dilemma v Realale Madrid - The home side would need a win to gain a Last 16 spot, again that all depends on the other games result. The away side would top the group with a win and qualify with a draw.

C - Cubana Villains v The Flashhearts - The home side who sit bottom in this unbelievably tight group can win the group if they gain victory tomorrow.  . The away side only need a point in theory. The REAL Madrid sit 2nd but will be watching nervously as they have played all their games and whichever way the result goes decides if they go through themselves.

D - King Kennys Army v Jellybellies - Both teams through - Shootout for top spot - The away side need to score a fair few goals though to get top.

E - Green Bay Parkers v Ogres - Nothing game - Home side group winners, away side cannot qualify.

F - Winter Milan v FC Town of Luton - Home side well .... erm ...  - Away side already through.

G - Corinthian Casuals v Rathpeacon - One of the games of the day if not the game - The home side are not in the qualification mix but if the debutantes Rathpeacon win they will secure a last 16 spot and knock out none other than the Super Imps in doing so. Hows your nerves Eamon? A draw wouldn't be enough however.

H - Hoarse Whisperers v Madbastid United - Only top spot to decide, The away side who have been relentless not even conceding currently occupy top and would need a heavy defeat if that would change.

those poor imps topped the group GH competition with 33 points. I finished on just 15 points but 10 of my 15 counted for group H, only 9 of Imp's 33 counted.

Have to say that it is really sad to see a lot of teams seem to be inactive now, even teams in the champions league. Looks like sunday league is at a bit of a cross roads right now. It would be a terrible shame to lose this game.
