The whole situation is farcical.
All the time the game is taking money off people it should monitored consistently. Not monday to friday. Not if and when someone feels like it. Constant with a fail safe in place.

It's like throwing money down the drain. Hope the penny has finally dropped now......

I agree with Borg. Before buying credits last month, I asked people's views before parting with my cash as I was afraid that something like this would happen. I tried to log on at 7am this morning. It's 4pm now, not a word from Junior. Based on previous feedback, it may take him several weeks to get back to us!!!!!!

I managed to get on with no Wi-Fi but only got to set up a couple games before it went off again! but now I can't get back in to check any scores

Same for me now. Can’t get in at all now, whereas I could before.

Shan’t be parting with any more cash for the foreseeable until I know there is someone monitoring it. I accept that things fail sometimes (I work in technology), but at least where I work there is someone monitoring it 24/7. I don’t think it should be any different for this.

well I just bought some credits at start of the season to offer friendlies but not been able to spend them so will be throwing a tenner down the drain if it carries on like this! which I hope it sorts itself out it's my favourite pass time! the wife is sick of it haha

I think its best to drop him a line as it does not take much effort and may get the game back onto an even keel. The sooner the better. I can also see the other point of view where Junior should know if the game is playing up. I think both points of view are valid and I just prefer to be proactive to move issues along.

I’ve tried logging in several times today and it kept coming up with a software issue message.

I chased Junior and he did reply via Facebook messenger saying he would look into it.

I’ve only just been able to log in!

seems to be working again now and there is a message at log in explaining a roll back.  this just changed from the first time i read it so i won't try to interpret.

Junior states "We have had some issues with the login process and many Managers have not been able to login to set up. Since this has taken such a long time to resolve, we have rolled back the games to Sunday AM and will be starting the games again from tomorrow night to give everyone a chance to set up.

I can log in on my phone but not on my laptop. All very strange but at least something is being done to fix it.
