We can't buy anyone while the game is paused can we?  I did try just at 3am as an experiment.  The bid and supposed buy was listed but nothing happened.

So it seems there will be no drafting in of reserves during this time even if they were needed (which they aren't because, with the game paused, noting is happening).

the reason for the draft was because paypal was likley going to be down from, 30th june till today when the server was updated

 Paypal will be affected also, so you may find we cannot accept payments from June 30th until July 9th.
