FAO conferences 3 and 4

I know it's for fun but it would be great if Pompey Chimes stayed with Con 3. Not a criticism just a gut feeling. Con 4 need to supply their own teams

the dark side, (conference 4) have turned him. he is theirs now but I think there is still some good in him, maybe we can turn him back 

Fair play to the bloke. C3 was simply too tough for him so he dropped to a conference where standards are lower. Cowardly? Weak? Obviously. But whatever he achieves in C4 will always feel second-rate to him so some pity must exist as well. 

It's good to see you have a sense of humour Dave, your response made me smile  I would agree that C3 is tough! After promotion from 3-1-2, my new and developing team completed 3 consecutive seasons in 3-1-1 - all top 8 finishes which I didn't expect (6th, 5th, 6th). I could stay but moving to Conference 4 will surely make 3-1-1 weaker losing a top 5/6 side  Therefore making C4 stronger 

Well done on finishing 3rd but perhaps you could have done better like myself  I personally wouldn't use words like dropped, cowardly, weak or second-rate by moving conferences. I look at it as a new challenge competing against different teams at the same tier of the pyramid league structure. You could say that it is a brave move as I don't really know how it's going to go - could be tougher!

It's a shame to lose you Jimbo especially as your team should be maturing now.

But it's not going to be any easier in that conference. Deca and Kyle have great teams.

But with this competition we shall see which the better conference is. Haha

We are still short one team from conference 3 though. Hope we can find one more to volunteer to help kick conference 4's arses
