Custer's Last Stand

Custer's Last Stand is the Defence only League as promised. Those who played before have mostly been invited to play in this league. I think there will be some spaces for new teams to join. Same as before, in terms off, if you can manage to play Defence for all of the tournament. ;) 8) you will get a share of the 10,000 credits on offer. :-X :o 8)

The big Kick Off is tomorrow. Remember it's Defence only. Aggression can vary and your movement of the ball can change. But it's play Defence only. This competition should be really interesting as Menagerie won all thirty games in The Attack Only League. This got me thinking, are some teams better at Attacking as a unit or Defending or maybe some teams are better at Counter. Let's see if Menagerie is as strong results wise in this Defensive League. Some of the team's have changed this time out, now including Iwopp's Jellybellies. So should be fun. Gull, if your reading this and would like to make some predictions please feel free. ;) 8)

What happens if a team forgets to change to defensive and wins, how does that effect the league and rules?

It could happen

I'd assume if defence only it would suit teams with 5 at the back? not sure

I can't effect games once played. However there are 10,000 credits to be shared by all teams who stick to the straight and narrow of Defence Only for the whole tournament. If you know your in a rush with no time or it's a holiday weekend with dodgy internet or an important Family event, then do this/or these games in advance. Just change your front screen tactic to Defence and knock out your advanced tactics. Just imagine Custer saying, "Just fight off the indian's while I go to the chippy and the tactics are up to you." What Custer would do is construct a tactically Defensive position, and then go to the chippy..maybe ;) :-X 8)
