On Day nine The Imps lead the FL1 table. The Seg move into second, and Angel Rrrr's move into third, both four points behind the leaders. The Chimes drop into fourth on goal difference, as they have the same points total as The Seg and Angel Rrrr's. 8)

9 games played, 9 goals scored, 9 goals conceded, 2 wins, 4 draws and 3 defeats. Could be better, could be worse but need more wins if I'm going to be in FL1 74.

It's Day 10, one third of the way through the FL1 season. Super Imps lead with 22 points, however, just two points adrift are Angel Rrrr's  and The Pompey Chimes on 20 points. I bet both these teams would have snapped up the offer of being so close to the top of the table after ten games had it been offered at the start of the season.
Jellybellies have 19 points only three points off top spot. The Seg and The Villains make up the top six on 17 points.

The bottom four teams are all still on single point totals. FC. Town of Luton and Aten Warriors have nine points each. West End Girls are in a four point rut. They are singing protest songs in the dressing room. The protest is about not being able to party on through the night as they have no results to celebrate. Ag suggested watching re run's of old victories. The Girl's suggestion was Ag needs to get his management mojo back. On three points and propping up the table are Menagerie. Their Manager Kenny Bee stated at the beginning of the season that they are rebuilding and may find it difficult to avoid the drop this season. ;) 8)

On Day eleven The Imps continue to lead FL1. However the chasing pack remain in close order. A slip up or two from The Imp's could open the door to another team to head up FL1 ;) 8)

On Day 12 Super Imp's open up a five point lead to take their point total to 28. Then four Team's trail the leaders on 23 points. Jellybellies complete the top six teams with 22 points. 8)

On Day 13 The Super Imp's lead at the top of FL1 is reduced to three points after a 1-1 draw with South Coast based Pompey Chimes. Angel Rrrr's move up into second place after a 0-1 away victory at FC. Town of Luton. Quietly building a consistent campaign are Aston Villains who beat The Piggies 2-0 to slide into third place. I bet Deca's borrowed the "Invisibility Cloak" from Harry Potter. Pompey Chimes remain in fourth. The Seg were under the cosh today. Suffering a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Steaua Sudului.

RealAle Madrid and Jellybellies were involved in a mid table clash and The Jellybellies lost 0-3. In the Press Conference after the game Iwopp commented once we started to wobble we just went to pieces. Up into seventh move The Hoarse Whisperer's after a 2-0 victory over Ogres. Rathpeacon had a visit from a resurgent West End Girls. The Girls won 0-3 and now it's party time. In the Mismatch of the Day Menagerie got a 0-7 whacking from those Warrior's of Aten. Their war crys echoed around the ground long after the final whistle. ;) 8)

The Super Imp's suffer a Day 14 defeat. They remain top, but it's only on goal difference. The Imp's went away to Hoarse whisper's and are still out on the pitch having extra training, as they slumped to a 3-1 defeat. Angel R'rrr's step up the pressure on the other contender's to win FL1 as they record a 1-2 away victory at Steaua Sudului. The Pompey Chimes are two points off the summit after a narrow 1-0 win over The Seg. Slipping into fourth place after a 0-2 defeat to Real Ale Madrid are The Aston Villains. However The Villains remain just three points off top place.

The West End Girls record back to back wins in a 0-2 win over Jellybellies. The Girls just disappeared into the night, back to the party. Shouting as they left, "See you at the game tomorrow." The Piggies beat Menagerie 0-5. Maybe Menagerie have not been fully focused for their last two FL games. FC. Luton and The Ogres drew 1-1. Rathpeacon and Aten played out a 1-1 draw to share the points. ;) 8)

At the half way stage of FL1 The Super Imps and Angel Rrrr's lead the way at the top of the table. Separated only by goal difference. 8)

On Day 16 there was very little movement in the table. Super Imp's open up a two point lead as FL1 title rivals Angel Rrrr's were held to a goal less draw. 8)

The FL1 table, on Day 17 is very much like yesterday's table. Static. There is movement in mid table area's, but nothing to worry the leader's of the table. Anyone in the bottom six of the table needs to improve their campaign to avoid the drop. This meaning a grand flourish for the bottom two or for the next four teams in the bottom six, just doing enough to keep ahead of fellow relegation rivals. 8)

On Day 18 of FL1 The Super Imps retain their two point advantage at the top of the table. Today they beat The Seg 2-0. In second place Angel Rrrr's beat The Ogre's 3-0. The Pompey Chimes, in third and The Hoarse Whisperer's in fourth drew 1-1. The Villains played Menagerie Dropout's winning 0-9.

The Jellybellies won a hard fought fixture with Rathpeacon 1-0. Rathpeacon remain in the relegation zone. The Piggies beat Real Ale Madrid 3-0. Steaua Sudului lost 0-1 at home to FC.Town of Luton. West End Girls collected three points after a 2-0 home win over Aten Warriors. 8)

Lots of 1-0 losses, can't seem to buy a win at all. Not looking good for FL1 soccer in season 74.
