Easter competitions

As per the discussions in the Christmas competitions, I have created the EASTER EGG CLEAN SHEET competition.

This will run as a normal league but I will give out two additional prizes.

  • As Easter is EGG season, the team with the most amounts of eggs 0, clean sheets will get 5,000 credits.
  • The team with the most scoreless games will get 1,000 credits

Hope to see this filling up quickly.

I have a suggestion for you to distinguish between two or more team's that tie with the same number of clean sheets. The team that has the longest unbroken run of clean sheets gets a higher status ;) 8)

This has been very very very very slow to fill. Only 6 entrants. If we can get two more, we will start as an eight team league.

Come on everyone, where is your Christmas, sorry I mean Easter spirit gone to???  ;D

EASTER EGG CLEAN SHEET - DAY ONE REPORT

No goalless games in day one but SEVEN teams kept a clean sheet:

Super Imps, Jellybellies, Mmmrs Phoenix Pigs, CSI Margate, Aten Warriors, Wizards and Rathpeacon.

Those seven teams get a point each in the clean sheets contest.
The scoreless game contest is as we were. 0 Easter eggs all round  :D

CSI Margate and Jellybellies made it 3 clean sheets from 3 to take the lead.

West Warriors and Blue Meanies played out the first goaless draw of the competition and take the lead in the scoreless draw contest.

I didnt get a chance to complete a report yesterday so here is day 7 and 8 together. Three teams lead the clean sheets contest: CSI Margate, Jellybellies and Super Imps.

No scoreless draws yesterday or today to West Warriors and Blue Meanies stay joint top of the scoreless draw contest. It's amazing that we have only had one scoreless draw so far.
