Anyone like to share their ideas on this?
I recall having 3 games this season playing home with no referee, and not winning any of the games along with having a man sent off in the first 2 games.
It's kind of hard trying different tactics as this option of no referee doesn't come every so often and I feel I haven't clocked how it works fully.
One would assume with no ref and playing home, you could get away with playing high aggression but then my own supporter sends me off lol. Away team normally plays a lower aggression but I've seen away teams play nutter and only get a couple of yellow cards. You'd think being the away team to play offside but it seems the home supporter ref is absolutely clueless in refereeing so you could get away playing no offsides. Similar thinking for the home team in which you'd assume no offside being the home supporter ref is more than likely biased to the home team but he is more than willing to send off a player from a team he supports.
Probably won't get back any feedback as most managers like to keep strategies to themselves but would be interested to see what you guys take of this.
Thanks.
