I have delayed the start in case any more teams asked to join but there has been no replies to my invitations for a number of days now.
With 50 teams wanting to play, I have had to lower FL3. to 10 teams and then start FL 4.with 8 teams. This was the only way I could include all the new teams.  Perhaps next season we will see more new teams wanting to join/rejoin.

Well done Brian,

Fantastic to see four divisions again even if we have small numbers in FL3 and FL4. Hopefully next season will see further growth, would be great to have 4 divisions of 16 teams soon.

Absolutely no objection to any of the above. The return of FL4 is spectacular news, even on low numbers, and I'd much rather play FL3 on 10 teams with a growing setup than play FL3 on 16 cobbled-together teams on a shrinking setup.
