And Jones with number 4. Hopefully we'll see United continuing with this in the second half.

And now Martial makes it 0-5.

I want us to be ruthless all the way through this match. No mercy in the second half. We need to send a message.

Greenwood gets number 6 with a penalty. Hit it with his right foot this time. I wonder when he decides which foot to take it with? Probably before the run up I would have thought  ;D

Tranmere fans are still singing loud and proud, fair play to them.

6 shots on target, 6 goals and 6 different scorers.

Tranmere are still going for it, they haven't let their heads drop.

0-6 final score, disappointed that we didn't score more tbh but at least we didn't take our foot off the proverbial pedal.

All we've got to do now is stick three goals more past the Bitter Berties and I'll be happy  ;D

Shaw put us 0-1 up earlier. The Roonster is looking VERY dangerous on free kicks.

United, as expected, have the most possession and we've had more shots on goal (10 vs 2) but we've only had 3 on target so far.

And that's the first half ending with United going in 0-2 up. An element of luck for both goals though.

It finished 0-3 and that's us in the Quarter Final away at Norwich. We'll have to be favourites for a Semi Final place on paper, but this is a domestic Cup competition so anything can happen! 😯

More points dropped by the Spuds again earlier. Hopefully Chelsea will drop points and we'll beat City and the Spuds during the next two Premiership games.

I'm SOOOOOOOOOOO pissed off that we didn't buy Fernandes in the Summer. I knew he'd be the perfect signing for us.

There's talk of Real Madras putting in a bid for De Gea in the Summer of 70m quid. Think we should get rid and bung in Dean Henderson as our number 1 keeper.

Also as much talk about Pogba staying as there is him leaving in the Summer. If we sign Sancho then I reckon Pogba will stay.

Ollie is slowly starting to build a decent side I think.

United fielding a side with 8 changes from the side that beat Sheffield United:

Romero

Dalot Bailly Maguire Shaw

Fred McTominay

Mata Fernandes Lingard

Ighalo

United with three shots on goal in the opening 20 minutes, Norwich haven't had any chances yet.
