I remember quite a few years back where we had a tournament for either the World Cup or Euro's,

where we changed our team names in the game temporarily, by succeeding existing team name with country in Brackets

 i.e. "Aston Villains ( Spain )", but causes problems for long existing team names, but abbreviations would solve i.e. "Aston villains (SP)"

Just a suggestion

Yup, 1 team per manager for now, will lift that rule next Friday if we need more teams.

I’m up for doing that Deca as long as your sure it won’t cause you any problems at the end of the season?

I always look forward to your rankings and wouldn’t want to do anything to mess them up...

As long as managers are sensible and use the right name format i.e. "Existing Team Names ( Country )" then it should work fine as is has in the past.

I'm hoping this will save you work too Shelley

It could do, I’ll mention it when I do the draw. The tournament should start when the new season starts and should be done before the end so hopefully your algorithm will be ok.
