Title: Friendly League 88. proposed leagues.

  Because I will be short of time soon, here are the proposed leagues for the Friendly League 88.

  If I can get a minimum of another eight new teams, I will be able to start a small FL4.

Great stuff Brian,

Really looking forward to it. If needed, I can enter Kilcully as a team to help get the numers for FL4. A 4th division adds a lot to the competition and is a great place for new teams to start.
