I think it's a great idea. For people like me who are fighting for 7th/8th it's quality to have something to aim for. Let's the season matter longer.

I agree and I will start this next season.

I am just thinking of the structure... If we do 7th and 8th qualify, we can do 2 groups of 8 with the top 4 from each going to the TEC KO phase.

One slight issue could be actually getting 16 teams to participate. If it's lower than 16 I'm just thinking a one league and top spot wins the title with no KO phase.

Outstanding stuff, really nice to see the interest in this.

I think it might be hard to get 16 teams for the Conference but delighted to see this happening

Perhaps this is good for newer managers or experienced managers with a weaker second team.

For me, no.

if I'm fighting for 7th, I'm also looking for a new hobby.

I've voted yes but think it should follow the FL format of no reserve teams allowed. Because of this an 8 team league would be more appropriate. Eg. If my reserve team finished 7th or 8th then it should be offered to 8th or 9th.

Thanks to the 23 people who voted in this poll.

It's a nice incentive for teams who find it hard to qualify for TCL/TEL and also gives them a chance to make history and add themselves in the hall of fame.

I will start this from next season with 7th and 8th qualifying for The Europa Conference.

If we get 16 teams, the top 4 from each group qualify for the TEC KO (8 team K.O).

I will allow multiple teams if we have 2 groups but if it is only 1 group, I will make it one team per manager to make it as competitive as possible.
