...will be included in an auction of 1,750 personalised registrations being held at the City Hall, Queen's Walk, London SE1 2AA from Thursday 7th to Saturday 9th June 2012.

Rather restrictive though, considering whoever Mr Lucky is will have to keep making U-turns at Gretna.
