Can understand delays in winter when the roads are a couple inches deep in snow and ice, but you get a few puddles and the region grinds to a halt.

Thought yesterday was annoying, when my (usually 40 minute) commute took about an hour each way, but getting to work this morning took nearly three hours.  >:(
