Were We Better Off 25 Years Ago..?
« on: November 09, 2014, 03:20:31 PM »
We've now got the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. But weren't we better off with Reds under the bed rather than fundamentalist nutjobs running around all over the place..?

Since that wall came down we've had all sorts of grief in the Balkans, the former Soviet Union and the Middle East.

And more importantly it saw the demise of one of the best national football teams, Yugoslavia.

I think we should rebuild the fucking thing lol :o ;D ;D ;D

Well, we might not have had Roman Abramovich, so NO.
Choosing which political party to vote for is like trying to decide if you'd rather have syphilis, gonorrhea or herpes.
