Note: Any manager that may have changed their team name without letting me know could lose all their ranking points, so please keep me posted if changing team name.
Rankings have been running since season 99 (52 Seasons)
Note: The ranking points criteria has changed as below;

Conference Winner - 16 points
Conference Runner Up - 10 points
Conference Third - 6 points.
Conference Fourth - 2 points.
Inter Conference Cup, Elite Cup & Champions Shield;
Winner - 16 points
Runner Up - 10 points
Semi Finals - 6 points.
Quarter Finals - 2 points.
Joint Manager(s) & Team(s) of the season based on total ranking points were Conference 1's Rich's "Super Imps" with 34 Ranking points - Conference 1 Winner = 16 points + Champions Shield Winner = 16 points + Elite Cup Quarter finalist = 2 points.
