All you ever talk about is money!  ;D Mannchester United is the biggest sham in English football history!

That's because the Glazers have rinsed the club of all it once had. £1bn in debt, £2bn taken out of the club. If Jassim buys the club, that damage, along with the neglect of Old Trafford and Carrington, can be fixed.

If the Rat 🐀 buys the club, we're fucked. He hasn't got the money to buy the club in the first place, thankfully he's prevented doing what the Glazers did 18 years ago and he and/or Ineos are going to end up with THAT debt. But we're still going to end up with the almost £1bn that the Glazers have saddled us with, over £200m of that is due to be paid on 30th this month. 😲 I'd put good money on that being the reason why they're selling the club in the first place, that and because they won't be able to take their dividends this year because there's not enough money left. 😡🤬😡

We're going to hopefully find out that Jassim is buying the club during these next few days, but of course there'll be other clubs complaining about it just because it's United. Chelsea, City and Newcastle having mega rich owners is fine, but United? Expect PLENTY of objections lol 😲😂😂😂

So a billion pounds of debt? Any other club would face sanctions for less. Manchester United however have a divine right to operate any way they see fit. Even today they have a transfer bid for Mason Mount turned down by Chelsea. How were they supposed to pay the 40 million offer if the Glazers have supposedly ruined your club financially? You say the Glazers have rinsed the club, but you forget they have also financed massive transfers and wages in their time. You say fans of other clubs will be critical of Manchester United if the Jassim bid wins.....too bloody right they will!!! Newcastle, Chelsea and Manchester City had to find a way to compete with your spending, now they have with foreign investment, you lot pull the FFP card and call them financial cheats because you finally have competition!

Manchester United fans are hypocrites who can't accept any other clubs success. You will hopefully get the owners you deserve.

Every club is in debt thanks to the way transfers are mostly done. So your sanctions claim is nonsense.

Those debts are being SERVICED.

Why do you think the Glazers are leaving? Because £230m of that debt needs to be paid by 30th June. And they don't fancy paying it.

And yes, United HAVE spent A LOT of money. But I've already covered that above. Because the likes of Woodward, Judge, Arnold and Murtough were the merchant bankers that made their dodgy buyout possible, the Glazers gave them the top jobs at the club despite not being remotely qualified to do them.

United have spent over a billion quid, but thanks to these clowns knowing nothing about football transfers and contracts, they've spent WAY more than they should have done. I've given examples of this, too. Anyone decently qualified for the jobs would have spent HALF as much, our wage bill would probably be at least two thirds what it is right now and our revenue from sponsors alone would be MUCH higher.

United should be one of the few clubs that shouldn't have ANY concerns about FFP Regulations but thanks to godawful mismanagement over the last 18 years we were forced to bring in Eriksen, who's legs have clearly gone, on a free and the Horse Man, who only scored 2 goals for United last season, on loan in January when our injury-ravaged side was desperate for players.

I'm 70% certain that the Glazers will go for Jassim, mainly because they're going to be getting the money in one go and they won't lose money from the second payment of the Rat 🐀 due to inflation. Plus there are going to be MAJOR legal issues with the Rat's 🐀 bid.

We'll have to wait and see I guess.

You really don't get it do you Harv? When your big mate Jassim takes over and throws his dirty cash to make your club glorious again, does that actually make you feel your club has achieved something? And if it does, does that mean you Manchester United fans will accept the achievements of other clubs who did the same too? I really doubt it will.....but i bet you'll all say your the biggest club on earth again.

We're still one of the three biggest clubs in the world right now. We've just had poor and irresponsible owners for the last 18 years.

If the club had been run well, if the Glazers had put money INTO the club rather than taking it out, if they had expanded Old Trafford to a capacity of 100,000 or so, if they had the best in the business doing our transfer and contract negotiations and done better on the commercial side of things with sponsorship deals, then we wouldn't need anyone to buy us out.

Despite this mismanagement of the club we've still had a bit of success here and there, plenty of Wembley appearances and a few trophies.

And no, I won't respect the trophies that the likes of City, Chelsea and Newcastle have won or will win, because previous to those clubs being bought they were NOTHING clubs. They were either mid-table or relegation fodder clubs.

United have won several trophies since Fergie retired and will continue to do so no matter who owns the club.

They weren't any great shakes before 92 either. 😉

Newcastle have won 3 top division titles in the 1900s, Chelsea had only won one top league title before Abramovic bought them, and that was in 1955. As for the Berties, they've ALWAYS been in United's shadow. They won their first top league title in 1937, then another in 68. After being bought out by an Arab state they won their third top league title in 2012.

This isn't Man United arrogance at all. NONE of those clubs were 'big clubs' until they were bought out by mega rich owners. United is one of the three biggest clubs in world football BEFORE they're being bought by mega rich owners. And if the club was being run by responsible owners we'd have won a Premier League title or two after Fergie retired.

Manchester United were not any great shakes before 1992 either Harv. I'm old enough to remember a team of your superstars relegated in 1974! Your lot got lucky winning the first PL when Sky Sports threw TV money around. That money gave your lot a head start over every other club in England to invest in transfers. Fergie wasn't a genius tactically, he just spent a shit load and spent wisely until other clubs could catch up financially. If he was such a great manager, why couldn't he dominate in Europe also?
Would you say other clubs like Aston Villa, Sheffield Wednesday, Huddersfield Town, Arsenal, Liverpool etc, etc, etc, would not deserve future glory if they sold out the way you want your club to also? You look at history through rose tinted glasses and think you deserve success now because you forget how lucky that success was earned in the past with a lack of competition.

United were still winning trophies in the 70s and 80s, when we were shite and the red scouse gits were dominating football.

As for Fergie and Europe, his hands were tied thanks to the five foreigners rule in the 90s that stopped two of his best sides (the 94 and 96 Double winning sides) from playing full strength in Europe. Those two sides were BETTER than the 99 Treble winning side.

Fergie has to go down as the best football manager of all time because he not only had Aberdeen winning the Sweaty Sock top division, but also won the European Cup Winner's Cup, beating Real Madrid in the Final and also knocking out Barcelona, I think, on the way there.

United didn't spend that much more than they did previous to winning the Premier League because, again, thanks to our ridiculously HUGE fanbase, we've ALWAYS had plenty of money to spend. Big Ron in particular spent a fortune on transfers, we didn't just start spending after we won the first Premier League title.

Now it COULD be said that we were lucky with the Class of 92, but I'd say that 'luck' was all down to a great scouting network set up by Fergie's brother, sometimes you truly do MAKE your own luck.

And those other clubs you've mentioned will all 'sell out' at some point. This is the way that English football has gone since Abramovic first bought Chelsea years ago. In another 20 years or so, all Premier League clubs will have mega rich owners.
