The One Change Challenge

Just an idea for a bit of extra gelling. Anyone up for this?

As the name suggests you would only be allowed to make ONE change per game. This would include changing tactics after 1 minute and any subs made would count as a change.

Looks interesting, but needs full concentration of Managers, as its easy to do more than one change.

Just playing Devil's Advocate but wouldn't it be basically rock/paper/scissors for the beginning of most games with the bit immediately following the first goal being the same but with both teams having a second guess at the R/P/S?  Would any of the other change options matter much?

Maybe. But I believe it's not Sundayleague you are thinking of but Life?

And with SL you get multiple guesses (usually/often/sometimes based on experience, hunches and acquired wisdom).

This competition would be very much a one (or two) off toss a coin job. Surely?

But that is only my opinion so carry on and I'll watch and see how it goes :-)
