I have reopened the Official Server Cup. Trying for 64 teams. That's only 8 teams per conference!

Got abit of time so I'm gonna flood all your message boxes with a heads up it's open.  Everyone in the top X-1-1s will get a message. 2 teams per manager can enter. I know some of you have multiple teams but I don't know has what teams so if you have 3 teams and they all get a message from me. Only 2 can enter. Please enter them apart aswell.
