Darksiders 2 for £19.98 at Game (on ps3 and 360).
Have gone for that. I recently played the first, and enjoyed it.
The Darksiders games fall in that category of games where people will complete it then trade it in (not much to do once you're completed it) so it's dropping in price quickly.

PS3 500gb superslim £199.99 from ShopTo.
Good price for the new sku (if you can bear that horrible disk tray).
Pretend I have a cool signature thing here.
I did, but the host site died and I can't be arsed to find an alternative right now...

Bloody hell thats a cracking deal and I am going to upgrade to gold next week when my trial runs out.. can I be arsed to go to Morrisons at lunch.. its not exactly near my work.. and I'd probably hazard a guess they will have none left either.. grrrr... annoying.. I probably will go but not expecting any left.

Im off to Morrisons tomorrow.. I think any £15 codes will all be gone though...

Black Friday today... the deals are just shit in the UK though.

But if you are thinking of getting Hitman Absolution on the 360/PS3 - check out Amazon at 12PM sharp - which is when it gets put on some kind of deal.  You'll have to be fairly quick about it, if the discounts are good then it will sell out quickly.

Doom 3 BFG Edition - £11.99

Comes with Doom 3 (naturally) - plus 2 add-ons.. 1 of which is new... and also contains Doom 1 and Doom 2...

Had to resist.. I've already downloaded Doom 1 & 2 from XBLA... and I owned Doom 3 back on the original xbox.. but a cracking price for a fantastic package.. if you haven't played Doom 3 then its worth a go for the price alone.. despite the naysayers.. I enjoyed it immensely

Lego LOTR £20 @ Asda (online and in store).
Nice price for a pretty new game, and the Lego games are always great fun in my opinion.
Not a fan of LOTR, personally, so I'm going to hold out until I've less of a backlog and it's about a tenner.

Gonna have to get me some microsoft points soon. I'm loving Blops2 to the degree I'm pretty sure I'll want all of the map packs - so it's going to be slightly cheaper in the long run if I pay for a season pass. Damn you Activision. Nobody gets blood from a stone better...
If anyone sees a good price for MS Points please let me know.

Playstation network £25 card for £11.91 in store currys
In store only, only seen in one store so far (and he got the last one), so until others confirm they've seen it elsewhere I wouldn't advise going out of your way for this one, but if you're in/near a pcworld/currys it's probably worth a look.

Old one, but you can use the code 5MARKET on blockbusters marketplace for £5 off a basket worth anything over £15 - think you can only use it once.

I just bought Lego Pirates for £11 - usually goes for at least £15 on ebay.  Thought it was about time to get the next Lego game I haven't played  ;D

You can get Far Cry 3 for £13 using the code though - saw that on HUKD - great deal.

I used the code to get Assassin's Creed 3 a week and a half ago.
Or more accurately, I bought it on 25th Jan, and it was dispatched on the 26th. I got it today, when I went to the Post Office and paid the underpaid postage charge...  :-X

lol, you dont have the best of luck with blockbusters.. I've ordered 3 or 4 things online through them and they've all been good condition with quick delivery.

It was either Lego Pirates or do a 2 for £20 deal with Saints Row 3 + another one.. Lego games have a habit of keeping a good trade-in price though.. so can always get Saints Row 3 later down the line.

Must stop buying games now though  :-[

On the bright side, the disks both look to be in okay condition (slightly scuffed, but I'd imagine they'll work fine), and the box isn't in bad nick. There's nothing in the box but the two disks (i.e. no instructions or online pass) but that's to be expected with second hand games. If you get them it's a bonus.

You made the right choice. Saints Row 3 is a decent game but nowhere near as good as SR2 (imo), whereas you know exactly what you're getting with the Lego games.

Was toying with getting Far Cry 3 on this deal, as well as AC3. Should be possible to use the code more than once so long as you make a new account each time. I think I'll leave it for now, though, as it'd just be sat on a shelf for a few months - by which time I could probably get it brand new for around the same price.
