Is anyone having problems with credits being added to their account?  Bought 12500 over a day ago and they still haven't been credited! Tried 'feedback' but no response! :(

Hi Alfie

you need to email Terry@catgames tell him your team and user name and the credits purchased and he will add them to your account

there is only 1 person running SL1 and that is Terry, so week-ends are a no no for getting credits uploaded

This really is out of order. Credits are needed to run a Team.  If you had very little credits when you try to pay for more, then a week without could see training turned off etc etc.  ::) 8)

This has to be sorted out before lots of players pump in, lets be honest, quite a bit of cash to pay for friendlies in the new season.  Added to entering competitions and purchasing players, (a lot sell for 10000) that's a fair income for cat games.  A chip and pin machine, i.e, instant transactions costs an independent shop £35 per month to utilise.  It's amazing the interweb doesn't offer a similar type of service.....  This would not only stop people moaning, (quite rightly so,) and I bet more players would buy credits.   Does Mr The Borg not know what's going on?

Only found out yesterday when I got the topic report through. I'm on Terry's back as we speak to find out whats going on. Lets just say I'm less than impressed.

Although these issues shouldn't happen. I don't always log on so if anyone has any further issues. Message me within the game and I will pick it up within hours.

I'm starting to get concerned about this. It's a new Season soon and I will need credits to start arranging friendlies :o 8)
