I thought I should leave a message here as I'm not sure news has come through to you Sl1 guys. It's with deep regret I have to tell you Terry passed away on January 19th. I only learned of this today. Please post your condolences here for the creator of this wonderful website we all enjoy playing. Not only was Terry a great artist, he and junior developed a great game which has been enjoyed by all of us for almost 16 years.

Thoughts go to Sally and Kristian and all of Terry 's friends and family at this sad time.

R.I.P Terry.....with love from your Sundayleague community.

I was concerned that Terry was not responding to feedback or email's. I did ask in my last email if he was ok? Never expected this news. My thoughts go out to his family and friends, and to Managers in the game who came to trust and rely on Terry.

I think the game should be paused out of respect to Terry and for very practical reasons, ie. credit issues for some teams. I think The Server Cup can be renamed The Terry Rickett's Memorial Cup. But all in good time. I think we all need to pause and reflect. :( :o :'(

Deep shock, and deepest sympathy for Terry, his family and friends who knew him.

We all love the game otherwise most of us wouldn't be playing for so many years, and will continue to play on in your memory.

A pause in the game is welcome as a mark as respect.

Awful news, i have enjoyed this game so much over the years and its so sad to think that its creator isnt with us anymore. Deepest condolences to his loved ones. i think the pause is a good idea.

I think the thing is, we are on our own at present. It appears there is no outside supervision of the game. We could carry on if credits down loaded automatically. I'm not sure how we could instigate a break. Any idea's,anyone? What I'd like to say, is if the server goes down, then I am not sure how/if it will come back on. If it does, you all look after yourselves and keep trying to login. It may take a while to get it up and running again, if ever. :o :'( 8)
