Anyone for Doubles?

The Doubles competition was always one of my favourites way back when and i was wondering if there were enough teams interested enough to kick it off again? I'm happy to create and post the combined stats during the competition as well This isnt a sign-up thread, im really just trying to gauge if it could work? I suppose even 2x8 team leagues would work to get the ball rolling. Any thoughts guys?

I think it's a great competition but I have always believed that the "doubles" should be randomly put together, after 16, 32, or 64 teams enter.

i dont remember the random pairings, that sounds good actually. However because the first 2 entrants are from the same X-1-1 I have already messaged a prospective partner...

I suggest random pairings as it will make the competition "random." I would jump at the chance of pairing with Iwopp, but that's not in the spirit of randomness...

im easy either way, this is just how i remember the format. If the entrants so far are happy with making it random then thats how well proceed
