Twas a drab match though harv.. and if you look past the possession stats, you were fairly lucky to come away with a win.. even though the referees didn't really help either team.  I had a double on Chels + Utd to win at 5/2 so that last goal did me a favour as I was cursing not cashing out just before Palace scored.

10 (TEN!) wins in a row for Chelsea now.. wonder if we can go on and beat Arsenals record of 14.. Palace away, Bournemouth home, Stoke home, Spurs away and Leicester away - its certainly do-able!  We already hold Most goals scored in a season, Fewest goals conceded in a season and Most points gained in a season - so this would be a nice one to add.

6 points clear now.. and top at Xmas.. Chelsea have always gone on to win the title when top at Xmas.. so they might as well give us the trophy now  ;D ;D

Fairly lucky..? Hardly. We were all over them like a rash and dominated the game from start to finish.

We're actually starting to play some great football these last 7 or 8 games and were only denied wins by ridiculous Man Of The Match performances by a few keepers. We've had a bit of luck by Rojo not getting sent off twice but were due a bit of luck after at least half of our first choice back four being out injured for a while.

40 points at Christmas! Forget the title, being old school Chelsea, I'm just glad we're safe from relegation.  ;D ;D ;D

Another 3 points for United today, 3-1 with goals from Blind, Zlatan and a spectacular goal from Micki. He was offside but it was given anyway. If he was onside that would probably be the goal of the season, an amazing finish. :o

United and Boro 0 - 0 at halftime. It's been pretty much all United so far but Traore is causing us a few problems here and there. Pogba and Martial have hit the woodwork and Zlatan had a perfectly good goal disallowed for dangerous play. >:( :o >:(

Martial with a good finish and an assist from Zlatan gets the equaliser.

And now Pogba puts United 2-1 up.

Should be an extra 6 or 7 minutes injury time thanks to loads of time wasting from Boro so it's far from over yet.

2-1 final score, United should have had 2 penalties and Boro could have had one soft one. United had a good goal disallowed but managed to get the 3 points. Christ on a fucking bike, that ref made Battenberg look good lmfao :o

Doesn't really matter to be honest, by your own statement,  United are already out of the title race,  Chelsea 13 not out!

Anyone within 12 points of the leaders after the Christmas and New Year fixtures have come and gone are capable of winning the Premiership.

I may be in the minority but the ref didn't do anything wrong disallowing the Ibrahimovic goal. ANYWHERE else on the pitch and a free kick would be given for dangerous play. Just like a two footed studs up challenge results in a red card even if contact isn't made. As much as we like to see goals scored, and good ones, the height of his foot and the fact it was studs first made it dangerous play.

When Zlatan started to leap for the ball the keeper was nowhere near the ball. It was only 'dangerous' because Valdes threw himself at the ball and Zlatan. Should have been a penalty for United in that case (although we were denied 2 penalties without that incident on top!).

Still, it doesn't matter because we got 3 points anyway.

United have been playing some REALLY nice football these last couple of months, I MAY have been calling for Maureen's head a bit too soon. :o

Mind you it's only a matter of time before he goes mental and upsets a few players/the fans/the board [delete as applicable] and gets sacked/forced to resign like he's done at every single club he's worked at throughout his entire career :-\

How dare a keeper throw himself at the ball in the area.

So forwards should just get out of the way of a lunging two footed tackle then.
