I went on that website and rang 118118 and gave address who told me this address is a hairdressers called Cloud9. They put me through and the person at the hairdresser said that the person I need to speak to isn't in until tomorrow so presumably cat games hq is where Sally works.

I know someone has contacted Junior on Facebook so hopefully we can get this sorted

I wouldn't have been so concerned as credits coming over has taken a while over the past year but it's the first time for me that emails have bounced back

Great to hear from Junior today, hopefully these managers will have their issues resolved today.

A nice touch from the guys on the home screen as you log in. Good too see they have identified the issue and are compensating managers for their waits. Hopefully this encourages people to rejoin the game and enjoy it to its full potential!

Since juniors put his explanation up on the log in screen has anybody else got the problem of a outline of a old banner blocking the "play game" tab?? Very annoying!

I have received my credits, fair play to Junior etc but it shouldn't have to come to this/that?!  Hopefully this will be the end of being ignored and it shows you, player power has prevailed! Now all they need to do is put a few decent players on the transfer market, (the highest stamina for a midfielder yesterday was 85%) and they'll be laughing. Good work fella's and I hope everyone else has received the credits they've paid good money for.

Got them through this afternoon and an e-mail back from Junior with a very nice bonus amount added on! Looks like this worked, but fair play to Junior for getting straight onto it after the e-mail and for actually more than making up for the few days without credits!
