Read through the threads on here mate, then just play around and tweak it slightly to suit your own team.

Are you playing friendlies? Paying for friendlies gives you an extra training session per day. I'm no expert but from what I remember 4x corners for 4 days (with friendlies each day) then jogging for 4 days is a decent schedule. That's from what I remember just getting back into this game now so I'll be experimenting a little bit and see how it goes

How does the training work for friendlys?

Does it just work automatically or do I have to set it up?

You can issue challenges to other managers, it costs 100cr but you get an extra training session. Or if you accept challenges from other managers you can add a training session for 100cr. So if you had a friendly for each day of the season it would be an extra 47 sessions per season. Of course the downside is paying 4,700cr each season.

I suppose it depends on whether your willing to spend the credits to maximise the potential of your players. Double the training means double the stat improvements each season.

Yes i'm willing to pay for it.

Does it just double your current training regime?

Yeah, it will double the load so to speak. So if you wanted to train corners for 8 sessions, it would only take 4 days to do the 8 sessions instead of 8 days.

I think most guys for 'morale building' use 'rehabilitation' at night to avoid players going awol and 'nice rest' during the day for players to recoup their fitness.

Agadorsparticus has helped me with a few questions, best advice is to use the strategy tips section of the forum.

I'm full up this season mate but will defo have a few next season.

I found the best way to issue challenges was on the 'who's online' page, that way you can just tick everyone and challenge them. That way you know it's active managers mate and more likely to accept.
